Where It Started
At Graceful Steps Youth Ministry, we believe it starts with faith, values, and the right tools to navigate life’s challenges. Founded in 2024, Graceful Steps Youth Ministry began as a response to a growing need in our community. Today, youth face overwhelming pressures, from harmful social media influences to increasing mental health challenges.
Our founder, a mental health counselor and devoted mother, saw this firsthand and felt called to make a difference. With a heart for service and a vision for change, Graceful Steps is committed to guiding youth toward a life filled with purpose and resilience.

OUR BACKGROUND
We combine years of experience in mental health counseling and suicide prevention education with faith-led principles to create life-changing programs for youth. Our team actively equips young people with tools to grow spiritually, mentally, and socially, ensuring they are prepared to face life’s challenges with resilience and purpose.
The vision for Graceful Steps Youth Ministry began with a mother who grew up in South Florida. She spent her formative years in Catholic private school from the 2nd to 8th grade, where her faith and values were deeply rooted.
In addition, the founding Board of Directors shares this commitment. The founding board members are mothers with a strong Christian faith and deep ties to South Florida. Together, we bring a shared love for our community, our children, and the future of all children.
Our guiding motto, “Seek First the Kingdom,” serves as the foundation of our work. Inspired by Matthew 6:33, we are reminded to “Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” This verse drives our mission to keep faith at the center of everything we do.

Through our faith-led programs, we help them build confidence, develop resilience, and create a strong foundation for their future. With a deep love for our community and a dedication to positive change, we are committed to making a lasting impact on the next generation.
