Faith-driven leadership programs for youth
One of the goals of Graceful Steps Youth Ministry is to develop faith-led, purpose-driven leaders. Our 8-week Leadership Development Program equips youth with the skills and values needed to lead in their communities and beyond.

What We Offer
Ages 10 – 13
Beginner leadership workshops introduce teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, all rooted in biblical principles.
ages 14-17
Advanced leadership training focuses on real-world applications, mentoring younger peers, and learning how to lead with integrity and purpose.

Youth connect with experienced business and faith leaders who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world insights.

A: Yes! We offer full and partial scholarships to ensure that every child has the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances. When filling out the application form, you can request scholarship assistance.
